4 cloves garlic, peeled, crushed

1 large lemon – juice of lemon

1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained ( or buy fresh, soak for 48hrs change water daily, ( pinch of bi carb)… boil or pressure cook.

2 tablespoons tahini

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons water

½ teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper, cayenne

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon coriander

 

Puree until smooth., if a bit thick, just add , little bit of lemon juice, olive oil, water, till smooth, keep doing taste tests.. to your liking….
